The Danube station is right by the centre of Emmersdorf. Emmersdorf is a market village. It has become one of the leading holiday destinations in the region and has become known as a great place for cyclists.
Motor boat regulations: Docking and taking off while a liner ship is doing it is prohibited! No mooring on the outer water-side pier allowed! Please close accesses after use!

There are guided bicycles tours along the Danube and around the streets, roads and lanes behind the village, offering cyclists plenty of variety. Coaches can arrive from the west on the B3 in one-way traffic over the small bridge leading to the attractive forecourt right by the Danube station and leave at the eastern end by the municipal car park.
